An American performance artist, singer, and actor. Singing behind Grammy-winning soul singer Latrice Varrett, she opened for Aretha Franklin at the Nokia Theatre Times Square in 2009. Tru, a PPAS alum, appeared on CBS' Guiding Light as teenage brat Tiffany and recently wrapped the independent film Spring Awakening, as Ina. As a dancer, she has appeared in John Harlacher's Nightmare live and on ABC's The View, as well as The-Dream's Rockin' That Thang Remix video, featuring Juelz Santana, Fabolous, Ludacris, and Rick Ross. In 2010, she joined the Trans-Siberian Orchestra as a vocalist. Tru writes music and lyrics for many Local and National

  Joe Perez is a graduate of Musicians Institute with an Associates Degree in Guitar Performance. Joe has worked with many musicians around Los Angeles, including Matt Sorum (Guns N Roses, Velvet Revolver, The Cult), Bruce Witkin (Alice Cooper, Aerosmith, The White Buffalo), and Robert E Lee (KC And The Sunshine Band).

  Keyboard / Piano Lessons $85


  Robert is a graduate from Musicians Institute and has produced, collaborated, and played keyboards on projects with artists such as New Zealand’s award- winning vocalist, Aaradhna, multi-platinum recording artist, Brooke Valentine, renowned R&B/Hip-Hop producer, G-1 (916 Music Productions), film composer and former drummer for Ours, Kirke Jan Blankenship (AcademyCurve), and is a SESAC affiliate. Robert’s engineering and production resume is equally impressive and includes doing session work in studios such as Eastwest (formerly known as Cello Studios), Paramount/Ameraycan, and Subliminal Entertainment, Inc. (Deja). He is also currently the live/touring background vocalist and keyboardist for KC and the Sunshine Band.



  Josh Whiting

  Recording / Producing Lessons $95 Per Hour

  Mentorship   $5000 ( 6 Months learning tracking, mixing, producing in real sessions )


Josh has been recording and producing artists and bands since 2002 after graduating from Musicians Institute. In 2009 Josh built Stage Red Studios with Biajani Marrero. Since then Josh has worked with many artists in Los Angels and several music genres including Rock, Metal, Acoustic, Rap, Hip Hop. Josh has also tracked and mixed many voice over and radio commercials.
